Wocsom Forwarding Ltd arranges import sourcing, freight, UK customs clearance, compliance support and related logistics for businesses importing into the United Kingdom.
Quotes and estimates
Figures shown on this website, such as indicative transit times, are illustrative and are not an offer. Any quote we give is based on the information you provide and is confirmed in writing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information about your goods, including their description, value and any licensing or safety requirements that apply to them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited as set out in the trading conditions that apply to the services we provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Review: UK freight forwarders commonly contract under the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions or another recognised set. Confirm which trading conditions Wocsom uses and reference them here. Do not reference the BIFA conditions unless Wocsom is entitled to use them.
